Hybrid Service Dog

Our Guided Program is a collaborative training journey designed for handlers who want to be actively involved in raising and training their future service dog while still receiving professional guidance and support throughout the process. This program combines structured coaching, milestone immersion training, public access development, and task training to help create a confident, reliable working team. Clients receive ongoing education, support, and hands-on guidance from puppyhood through graduation and beyond.

How the Program Works

1. Foundational Puppy Raising

Weekly coaching (in-person and/or virtual) focused on obedience, structured socialization, and handler education to build a strong developmental foundation.

2. Milestone Immersion Month I (5–6 Months of age)

4-week structured board & train focused on reliability, impulse control, and professional public exposure.

3. Owner Reinforcement Phase

Continued coaching and feedback to maintain progress and prevent regression.

4. Milestone Immersion Month II (12–14 Months of age)

4-week advanced board & train emphasizing public access proofing, distraction layering, and early task shaping.

5. Task Finalization & Graduation Prep

Refinement of trained tasks, public access standards, and formal readiness evaluation.

6. Ongoing Support

Post-graduation access to group classes, meet-ups, and continued guidance to support long-term team success.

Payment Plans

We understand that obtaining and training a service dog is a significant financial investment. To help make our programs more accessible, we offer flexible payment plan options for all of our service dog programs.

Payment schedules are customized based on the structure and timeline of your selected program. Most clients make payments in installments throughout the course of training rather than one large upfront payment.

Because training timelines vary by dog and program, payment structures may differ between Started Dogs, Hybrid Programs, and Fully Trained Dogs.

Please note:

  • A deposit is required to reserve your spot in the program.
  • All payment plans must remain current throughout training.
  • Final payment must be completed before placement/graduation.
  • Additional training, extended stays, or specialized task work may involve additional costs.

We are happy to discuss payment plan options during your consultation to help find a structure that works best for your needs.
